Subtitle search not available from local server but working on friends server

I have a server that I am sharing with a friend and she has her own server.
When she goes to a movie in my server she has the option to download subtitles.
But when she tries to do the same thing on her own server the option is not avalible.
We have compared settings and versions and all is the same.
Doen anybody have any idea what would be causing this?

Are you both Plex Pass?

On demand subtitle search is launching in preview for Plex Pass subscribers. The Plex Media Server owner/admin must have a Plex Pass.

Okey, thats the difference I am a plex pass member, she is not.
