People are begging for this feature for several years, but nobody is listening. With this new app, will you finally allow us to change subtitle position?
I am not talking about “bottom, middle, above”, which are totally useless. I am talking about exact position via % slider or something similar. Lack of subtitle position support is a major issue for home theater setups, where projection screen is in 2.35:1 scope, so you have to adjust subtitle position above the black bar.
Can we finally get this option with this new app, when it launches? Currently, this setting is still missing in the “Plex Preview” app. It is the most simple setting to implenet, yet crucial for projector owners or anyone who wants to adjust subtitle position. It is incredibly helpful on any TV as well, because subtitles won’t show half on black bars and half on video.
You can keep the current “bottom, middle, above” if you want, but please, give us manual control of the position as well.
