I have samsung tv mu8000 with tizen 3.0.
Other video player (like potplayer, nplayer) show subtitle well.
But plex has not show subtitle .srt file last sentence(line) in 5.58.3.
Is there a problem with .srt file ?
( Frankly, I think that plex shows well in .mkv interior subtitle )
There is no problem with your srt file.
This is another bug that has been there since 2018.
Not really a solution, but if you disable direct play/stream
that should ‘solve’ your subtitle problem.
Another thing you can do is set subtitles to burn always.
Again, this will force a transcode of your stream.
Direct play/stream is very buggy if you ask me.
I haven’t been able to use it since a long time.
Can you post the .srt files and the mediainfo/xml/ffprobe of the media?

Same issue here, but,
Add another line at the end of the .srt file with Subtitle Edit with as example a text of the language: ENGLISH (or anything else) worked for all my subtitles.
Or, when not using Subtitle Edit, open .srt file in Notepad and add another line at the bottom with a new timecode, for example 2 seconds later and duration also 2 seconds.
This becomes the last line then, and Plex does not show this line, but yes, Plex shows the last line of the spoken language.

Manually editing all your .srt files?
That might work as a temporary solution,
but it’s still a bug that should be fixed.
