Sorry for taking this up again.
I have been playing with the new chromecast 2 for some days now and what I noticed is that it has no problem with .mkv and .srt (direct stream) getting out of sync after either FF or resuming, so is it possible this could be addressed and looked at again now the PMS has had some changes subtitle vise.
Another thing, is it possible to change subtitle fonts? What I miss is a black line/shadow all around the fonts and not only on 1 side, it can be difficult to read when there is a white background.
