Subtitles ahead of audio

Hi all,

for whatever reason subtitles in Rasplex are displayed too soon - they are about 2 - 5 secs ahead of the audio track. Playing the very same files via VLC player on Windows the subtitles are ok. All my movies have subtitles in separate .srt files. Anybody has an idea how this can be fixed?

PS.: Rasplex 0.4.1 on a Raspi B+, no oc
