Subtitles and FF

Tried to do some searching on some earlier threads but didn't find a resolution or thoughts for why this is happening:

 

If I have subtitle on (usually an SRT), then I can't FF/RW, but the movie plays fine. If I stop the movie and turn off subtitles (NONE) and play the movie again, then I can FF/RW as normal. This is for an MKV video file. Same behavior for all of my video files.

 

Any ideas?

Really can't FF/RW? Or just can't with a picture?

What happens if you try to FF/RW?

Same problem as I have.

For me it plays fine on the ATV 2 5.3.

But on ATV 3 6.0.1 I am unable to FF, RW or pause a movie.

I will try tonight if the problem is gone by turning of the subtitles.
