Edit: I was able to fix this.
I was missing this proxy_buffering off; in the reverse proxy config

Something really weird is happening here.
First time I watch not inside my internal network, and suddenly I see that I have no subtitles. But if I watch through my internal network then suddenly there is.
Basically when Plex recognizes the server as Nearby then there are subtitles
But if it is Remote then no.
I checked it through the browser on my computer.
In remote access I don׳t use app.plex.tv I use my own domain through reverse proxy if it matters.
Server Version: 1.22.1.4275
Player Web Version: 4.53.0
Hopefully this will be some quick setting that just needs to be changed.
