Subtitles .ASS not work on IOS, Android and Windows client

Hello.
I’ve many mkv files coded in h.265 format and .ASS subtitles.

With direct stream the client don’t show subtitles.
When is transcoded, only the first subtitles are showed, then… nothing.

Same problem on my android phone, ipad and my Samsung TV (not Android).

How can i solve this issue?
