For a couple months, I’ve been having an issue where subtitles don’t work for content that was optimized for TV (this happens whether I watch on my computer, tv, iphone, etc). It seems to think that the subtitles are on, but they don’t actually show up.
I’ve had this problem with every video that I’ve optimized for TV, and I’m pretty sure it’s a bug. Has anyone else had this issue? Not sure if the same bug is happening for content that was optimized for other devices, I only know that it’s happening for ALL of my content that was optimized for TV.
