Subtitles can’t be display on Plex iOS app

Server Version#: 1.41.3.9314
Player Version#:8.44
On the player, I can select the subtitle, but nothing are displayed.

This bug are present since many older versions.

Any ideas?

With what kind of subtitles are you experiencing this?

  • embedded/external/on-demand subtitles
  • SRT/ASS/… text based subtitles vs. VOBSUB/PGS/… image based subtitles

I’m not using lots of subtitles but the few times I do, this seemed to work ok on my iPhone.
