Hello,
I am using the latest version (I believe) on an Xbox One S. I recently ran into a problem. Every few minutes the subtitles will simply disappear. It doesn’t matter if they exist inside the file (mkv), or if they are external .srt. The language of the subtitles also does not make a difference. Jumping back or forward will bring them back for another few minutes, but not pausing and playing. I’m using plex on a LG webOS TV without any issue - exact same files.
I will be more than happy to provide any additional info.

Yes, I have been having this same issue. Had to resort to burn in always. Strangely it’s mostly only for forced foreign part only subs, like it “forgets” to display them if it has been a while.

Hi there. Sorry for the late response. Thanks for the report. Could you possibly turn on logging in the app, reproduce the issue, and then send the server logs my way? That would be helpful in figuring out the issue. Thanks.
Attempted to reproduce this evening but subtitles remained on while skipping around (which previously caused them to disappear or reappear or neither). Was using a movie I had issues with previously. Will attempt to get a log if the issue occurs again. I’m reluctant to claim it fixed as it was a very spotty issue to begin with.
