When watching media with subtitles (any format, ASS, PGS, SRT) they disapear after 20-30 minutes. The only way to get them back is to turn off or switch the subtitles to another language and then turn them back on/switch them back to English. This only happens on my xbox one plex app; not on my fire stick, chromecast, iOS, windows player, or browser player.
