Subtitles don't work when limit remote stream bitrate is set

Hi,

I’ve noticed that whenever I set a lower bitrate setting from limit remote stream bitrate option under remote access, it limits all the streams all fine, but for some reason subtitles will never work across any client (web, smart tv, android app etc). Has anyone else had this issue or is it just me?

this issue is really affecting the use of this functionality to limit the bitrate of remote streams, and I believe this is a bug. Can someone from the Plex Team please take a look at this?
