Subtitles for Roku Ultra Issues

Hello,

I am having issues playing subtitles for foreign language on Roku Ultra. It works fine when I switch to English audio but when I turn to Korean Language, it will not play any subtitles. I have closed captioning on at always on but still same issue.

I am in a server share so I dont have server version, but this only happens on Roku. Works fine on Apple TV, Android, iOS devices, and even Smart TV Plex apps.
