Movies used to automatically display English subtitles if they were available on the server (which they are), but it stopped doing that recently. Now I have to go in and manually enable the subtitle in each movies settings. Roku says subs are set to Always On. Server subtitle mode is set to Always Enabled and prefer subtitles in English. The user Account is setup for English subtitles to always be enabled. What am I missing? Thanks!
