Hi there! I am in need of assistance with a client on my server. The client has a Sony Bravia XBR-75X900F television with Android TV as the platform. When he streams movies from my server, most of the time, everything works great. However, the combo mentioned in the title of this post creates video (not audio) stuttering.
I had him test out things so I know it is that combo. HEVC videos without subs play fine, and H264 videos (and others) with subs also play fine. It’s just the few videos that have both that cause the stuttering.
I had him change the subtitles burn-in rule to “Image Formats Only” but that didn’t change anything. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I need to do to make this work for him?
