Subtitles in MacOS do not work when selecting them

Hi, I’m after some recent updates of Plex for MacOS player it stopped showing subtitles (In my case the subtitles are in Hebrew if that matters). The subtitles are not displayed during playback.
And I don’t know what to do.
I tried reinstalling the application, but it didn’t help.
The subtitles are fine, they work on the Web and in the other Plex applications, and it happens in all contents.
