Anime showing up blocky and pixelated

I have noticed this a few times on mostly anime on my server, but I am getting anime that is blocky and pixelated. Totally unwatchable. Source file works just fine. I have deleted it from the share, and then re-scanned Plex to make it disappear, then added it back and then scanned again. Tried it again and it still is the same result. I am at a loss right now.[image]
