Hi all, I have Plex running on a QNap NAS that streams to two separate TV’s, both with Chromecast Ultras. This setup has been working perfectly for at least a year, with subtitles on or off. Recently, however, any time I turn on subtitles, my video goes haywire. I have updated/restarted both Plex and the NAS numerous times and it has not helped. See https://imgur.com/a/KYGJEO1 for a picture of what the video looks like. As soon as I turn off the subtitles, the video looks normal. Turn them back on and immediately the video looks like that.
