Subtitles no show at all!

Hi guys, hope you can help me.

I did a format on the PC where i have all my movies and TV Shows, and after i re-install plex, i can;t see or download subtitles, for example:

I have subtitels for this movie, but i can’t see the here, happens with all the movies and TV Shows that the subtitles are .srt

What can i do??

The other thing, now i see 2 servers, and the last time i remove one, actually removed all of them :-(, what can i do?

What happens if you click on that orange “None”?
It should at least offer you to download a subtitle.

What happens after you trigger “Analyze” in the … menu?
Does the subtitle selector now show subtitles?

Ok 1st, yes, i did the Analize and the subs are back :sweat_smile::sweat_smile:, you answer before that i could :sweat_smile:

But before that, didn’t :sweat_smile:

What about the server thing, do yiu have any idea what to do?

I’ve removed the older server from your account.

In the future, if you have to distinguish between different server installations, why not give them distinctive “friendly names”? (on Settings - [server] - General)
This will definitely help to not delete the wrong one on https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms

Side note: if you enable the Scheduled Task “Upgrade media analysis during maintenance”, the server will gradually fill in missing analysations during the nightly server maintenance.

thanks again, and i don’t know how to do that (and didn’t know that i can), i just belived that i have one server and when i re-install, it will keep it :sweat_smile:
