Player Version#: Happening on the website using windows and the most recent ps5 player
Issue started last night, I have subtitles turned on automatically and they are not showing up anymore. On the PS5 app, you can go into subtitles, select the language and manually select the subtitle you want it to load but it just goes back to the subtitle setting and its still set to off.
On the windows browser player it says it can’t download the subtitle. I downloaded the logs and opened up the open subtitles log but the support topic for looking at the logs doesn’t really say what to DO with the logs and the logs I’ve gotten don’t make sense to me.
I have tried updating the server, it’s on the most recent version as far as I can tell. Closing and reopening the app or browser doesn’t help. I have no plugins installed.
