Hi there,
Since a few days, Plex server installed on Synology (updated to latest) stopped adding subtitles added to the Media folder.
I have tried enabling several options including to scan library when changes are detected.
When I open Plex on Google Chrome and go to the movie where the subtitiles have not been added; META data is refreshed and the subtitles are there.
Shouldn’t this also happen automatically?
Also, when a movie is added (with the correct naming), the movie is shown in Plex instantly without me needing to open Plex Chrome to force refresh of library.
It seems to only happen for subtitles for some reason.
The Movies and Series media directory has R/W for user plex.
Anyone has a idea?
