Hi,
Whenever I use the external subtitles feature on the web app Plex client I get an error which stops any playback when attempting to use the external subtitles. In the logs I get the error:
Jan 10, 2024 14:44:53.962 [22596714441528] ERROR - [Req#1476f/Transcode/px23pho7909rtp7pm89971wp/57d93d30-92aa-4d7e-a961-5ccc11c97cda] transcode/Transcode/Sessions/plex-transcode-px23pho7909rtp7pm89971wp-57d93d30-92aa-4d7e-a961-5ccc11c97cda/temp-0.srt: No such file or directory
Can anyone assist?
