Subtitles not loading - error

If I’m watching a local TV show series the subtitles don’t load automatically. If I then search for them it gives me an error that an “error occured”.
If I then exit out of that episode and reload it then the subtitles works as expected.

Kind of frustrating to have to deal with this workaround.

Player Version#: Current Android TV version

I’ve been experiencing the same over the past few months. Maybe 1 out of 20 requests work.

@DaveBinM can you help with this, or know who the correct person that can is?
