I have had this issue for a very long time on my PC using a browser, I’m just now getting around to asking why this is still not working for me. The on-demand subtitles has ever worked. I always get this error: “Something went wrong An unexpected error occurred.”
While playing the movie it crashes, and gives me the error, or when I click on a movie, then choose subtitles and search I get this same error.
I will not update to the current version as you stopped supporting older OS’s which many still use to watch movies.
I would provide logs, but I’m tailing logs as I have debug on and it does not display anything with the error.
I was able to replicate issue when 1.29.2.6364 was installed.
Brave, FF, Chrome… browser does not matter.
Seeing this on every computer, Windows box, my Macbook Pro etc.
On my Android phone, using Plex app it works.
