Subtitles not Showing - TVShows - Google Chromecast 4K

Hi Co-Plex users,

I am using my Plex server on 3 different devices from Google Chromecast 4K.

This problem occurred suddenly. Previously it was working.

The subtitles of TV shows no longer work on my two Chromecasts what are not connected to the same internet connection as the Nas.

With the Chromecasts which are not connected to the same internet connection as the Nas it is NOT possible to change the setting of subtitle burn-in to: Always
Always. The video continues to load resulting in an error playback that the video cannot be loaded. For movies the subtitle does work with Chromecast which does not use the same internet connection as the Nas.

#1 Chromecast - Current version app Plex: 9.23.0.1746
Chromecast is not being used on the same network as the Nas.
Setting subtitle burn-in: Automatic
Does not work with: SRT External + SRT OpenSubtitles [For movies, the subtitle does work].

Hopefully I have provided enough information and someone is willing/able to help me with this.

I have been working on this myself for weeks! I will greatly appreciate this, and will be super helped with this when this works again.
Because of this problem I am forced to watch DUB series instead of Sub… :frowning:

Device: NAS DS220+
Download speed: 97.51
Upload speed: 29.15
Server Version#: 1.32.2.7100
Player Version#: Updated

Nas has connection to the internet via 2x Lan cables with NordVPN.
