Subtitles on all the time or not able to change the subtitle

I am not able to change or disable the subtitles on Plex web app before paly back, or during the playback ant attempt to change the subtitle through an error; I am not sure it is because of the latest update or not. since this is the first time I am trying the web App.

  • I do not have this issue on Windows 10 Desktop version, iPhone app and FireTV.
  • And i tried chrome, Edge and Fire Fox; refreshed the page, Incognito mode did not work.
  • When I access to the server through the direct URL https://Server.mydomain.com:443, I do not see the issue.
    -Web App shows that I am directly/secure connected to the server

There was a similar issue before: Subtitles on all the time after update
