I have Plex installed on my desktop Windows pc as well as on an Amazon Kindle Fire (not a Firestick). I have problems with the Fire displaying external subtitles (.srt) when I watch occasional films, other time it works fine. I don’t have this problem at all on my desktop version of Plex. Is anybody else experiencing this? Why does it work with some external subtitles and not others? Thanks for any help, guys.
