Subtitles on multiple lines on LHS of screen

Does anyone else have their subtitles on multiples short lines left-justified at the bottom LHS side of their screen (where the ‘current’ app has them in a single line at the bottom of the screen)?

I know there is an issue with SRT subtitles on mobile apps when the video is Zoomed where they can go off screen and to the right.

What player are you using? Are they SRT subtitles?

It’s timed text stream within the .mp4

Not sure what you mean by player.

This example below is 2 lines, but I have seen up to 3 lines (that fits on 1 line with the current player).

Which Plex player app are you using. Android Tv, Apple TV, some Smart TV, Fire Tv, etc.

I don’t personally have stuff with those types of subtitles. but made report. I imagine most folks don’t.

I’l poke it as I’m pretty sure QA folks have examples but i think they have a bit of a backlog of issues.

if possible to get a sample file it would be appreciated.

I have a few shows that I’ve downloaded subtitles for. I’ve only watched a few of them. I haven’t seen this behavior but I kind of think I’d prefer it. Seems to take up less screen space or maybe less of the central screen space, if you know what I mean.

I can understand that, but I prefer a single sentence on a single line (it’s just easier for me to read).
