Subtitles only display (briefly) when paused on Samsung Plex Client

Hi all! Subtitles display fine when viewing files on the Plex Web Player on my laptop (where the media server is also running)

However, when viewing files on my Samsung Q80T, the subtitles don’t display. If I pause the video, the subtitles display in a very dark font. Has anyone encountered this before?

Need more information… If you can post logs with Log to Server enabled in the app that would help track down the problem

Samsung 2016, KS series

Subtitles always disappear after pause. This bug is several month old already but I waited to see if an update will sort it out. Sometimes they are disappearing only on the left half of the screen. If i change subtitles or exit and resume it will work normally.

I set the client to log on the server so if you need logs I can easily replicate the problem.
