Subtitles Search - "Something went wrong while trying......" or "unable to load"

As per my subject heading, this has been happening for a few weeks now.

i have found this is transient and closing and re-opening the search most times makes it come back (web).

Yes, after the error message, go back to main season screen the attempted subtitle file actually loads…
