Maybe this is the wrong location but I’ve tried different tools to download subtitles.
I have tried filebot, sublight and now sub-zero. American horror storie season 01 / Orphan Black Season 02. All those files seem to grab not synced subtitles. Some start good but end not synced, wrong frame rate I think. Sub-Zero seems nice, I’ve tried version 1.3.20 and also sub-zero downloads the not synced subs. What am I doing wrong? File example name:
Orphan Black - S02E09 - Things Which Have Never Yet Been Done - ECI.mkv (ECI is release group)
Edit filename is original downloaded file name:
Orphan.Black.S02E09.Things.Which.Have.Never.Yet.Been.Done.-.ECI.mkv
Ever try Subtitle Edit?

I think that only works for 1 subtitle at the time?
I got like 15 series with all dutch and english subtitles, that would take too long for me.

I’m still pretty new to it myself, so not sure if there’s a batch feature to it. I did notice it has some nice things in it, like an “auto fix” feature. Maybe just running a sub through auto fix will sort out the timing issues. If that did solve the timing issue, it also has some command-line ability for converting between sub formats, haven’t checked if it supports other command-line features, but if it supports it, you could probably write up a quick .bat file to run all of your subs through it doing an auto fix for each sub.
Side note, I always check any .mkv I download in MKVMerge (toolnix GUI) for any non-english subs and just remove them, since I’m only interested in English subs. If you’re wanting to remove the Dutch ones, that’s an option.

Where do you find the auto fix? Do you mean visual sync? (I dont think that visual sync can be automated by batch do you?).
And the command-line utility, i think you need to manually enter the framerate to change that, it would be so nice if subtitle edit would detect the video framerate also. Sorry havent used this before :)>-
