Subtitles, where do they go?

I have recently started a PlexPass subscripton and I found the ability to download subtitles from the server interface to be really helpful.

I didn’t see any subtitles saved in my media folders though so I was wondering, where are they saved, and do they disappear if my plexpass subscription lapses?

They go into the Plex data folder. I think they don’t vanish after the Plex Pass lapses.

If you want access to them (for instance to refine their timing etc) I recommend you to use WebTools to download them.
