Opensubtitles not downloading and Plex Movie Agent

I have plex hosted on an older laptop with an external HD storing my media files. I recently had to re-install Windows 10, but backed up my Plex settings and was able to restore relatively easy.

However, I am noting that subtitles are no longer downloading when refreshing metadata. Prior to the OS re-install, this feature was working automatically and I had subtitles for all my movies. Files are named per Plex standards with Filebot.

This is what I am seeing in the logs:

Also, I am not sure which Agent I should be using for Movies. I have read that Plex Movie (Legacy) will be going away soon. However, there is nothing under Plex Movie. Plex Movie (Legacy) has Opensubtitiles configured and I have chosen English language and inputted valid credentials.

How do I update to the new agent? I do not see the option to upgrade matching, yet it seems Plex is still using the Legacy agent. How can I tell which one it is currently using?

The new Plex Movie agent doesn’t have the option to automatically download subtitles during refreshes (unless you’re using sidecar subs inside your media folders).

The subtitles on demand feature mainly negates the need for having these downloaded during refreshes as you can chose the best one at playback time.

I think I am still using the Legacy agent, but not sure. There are zero options under Plex Movie.

Also, the issue with selecting subtitles at playback time is that they do not match the Plex naming schema. So you do not know which one to choose.

They are scored, the one with the highest score will generally be the best. This will be yield much more accurate results than have them being downloaded automatically with zero interaction through the old agent.

after 4h of searching in internet I had my explanation why the subtitles are not automatically downloaded: because I did upgrade the library to the new agent
My house is bilingual (Spanish/English) so usually we chose the audio in one language and subtitle in the other.
Now I have to download the subtitles manually. In the past with opensubtitle agent I was able to chose up to 3 subtitles in 3 different languages to be downloaded. Will be possible again?
What is the role of Plex Movies(Legacy) folder? Because opensubtitles I see now in this folder. Can it be activated/reactivated?
