I have been running Plex Server on an UnRAID docker for a number of years. I have a HomeRun TV tuner and use Plex to deliver live TV to a number of ROKU sticks around the house. My everyday profile which we use in the living room is a standard non-administrator user and it works seamlessly. Two other users also have live TV on their ROKUs but it always shows subtitles and they cant be turned off. I recall I had the same problem many years ago when I set my ROKU stick up but cant remember how I turned them off. I have noticed that on my profile, if I turn subtitles on, they dont work - but this is not an issue. If I change user on my ROKU stick to one of the other users and watch live TV the subtitles are permanently on and I cant turn them off - these confirms that it must be a profile setting and not a TV or ROKU player problem.
Can anyone offer any advice?
