For several years now I have an issue with Live TV subtitles being permanently enabled and I am unable to turn them off.
I have Plex with LiveTV at home… I have an Administrator account and a User account for myself - we routinely login as the User. Both my Administrator account and my User account work correctly, when I enable Subtitles, they appear and when I disable subtitles they dont show. However ALL my other Home Users (i.e. the kids), when they watch live TV they are unable to disable these… even though all the settings are the same as my Admin & User accounts!!!
Can anyone help with beginning to diagnose this problem as it has been there for years and its extremely annoying - to the point that any other home user is unable to watch Live TV.
