I have to restart Plex everytime I want subtitles. Not only for downloaded subtitles, but local ones too. I have had a very bad experience with Plex everytime it comes to subtitles, and despite several posts thay have now been locked, still have not recieved anything other than an scolding for being upset at the lack of a decent response. Has anyone else using closed captions or subtitles experienced this?
