Suddendly not able to use plex on server

Player Version#: Windows 10 1.67.2.3705-db506a00 (and all other players)
Hi all
Suddendly my plex was not reachable anymore.
After all tries, I reinstalled it on my synology NAS DS716 and reconfigured the access rights.
Now i see the server and i could play it locally.
But, i cant assign my server to my account again, it just does not do it except turning the button and then nothing.
And also it says that there is a update available eventhou i downloaded the latest intel x64 version.
Kind of frustrated and need some help.
