suddenly lost remote access. can only now access plex remotely using a direct forticlient VPN tunnel to home network.
plex plays fine locally.
using a fortigate 60F firewall. port forwarding 32400 and other config hasn’t changed.
disabled avast software firewall on PC hosting the plex server, restarted plex server and PC and still no luck.
