Suddenly, my Libraries no longer show

A week or 2 ago, I noticed that when I would start Plex on my roku (no problems before) my libraries were not showing. I went to teh server, under devices…it was listed. I can see and play the libraries just fine on teh server.
On the plex app on roku, went to setting/server…it says it cannot conect to server.
I signed out of the plex app, uninstalled it.
went to server, removed it from Devices.
installed the plex app on Roku, signed in, did the plex.tv/link thing, all worked just fine.
My libraries still not showing, still says it cannot connect to server, yet it now shows in approved devices again…so it did talk to the server some how.
I did notice that the server did do an update recently.
Any ideas??

possible to get your roku logs ?

If there is a way to download roku logs, I don’t know them.

Btw, the plex app version on roku is. 6.8 build 3

I turned on logging at 2150 pst

I set it for the local and remote

Reproduced that it isn’t connecting to the server a few times

Please grab and provide the local logs. Support staff does not have access to the ones that get sent.

One of the devs saw your logs and forwarded it to me. It shows your Roku is pinging your server with the local IP address, but not getting a response. Can you now get me your server logs?

argh…just saw this now. I will get them posted this evening as I am at work now.
but knowing it’s not answering a ping is helpful as it gives me somethign to look for.

on the roku tonight, i kept having it check for ‘server status’ it failed a bunch of times… then suddenly, it connected.

Well, after a few hours, I started the plex app on roku again, NOPE, not connecting anymore

I’m seeing the same issue. Your server just isn’t responding. Have you tried restarting your router in case it’s a network issue?

i posted this last night, but it looks like my browsers didn’t post.

ive restarted everything… (including router) even logged out of the plex app and the plex server. restarted teh server…pulled power on roku (30 min) powered up, logged in on both…no change.
1 thing i did notice, i ran ping from the server to roku… the first line always timed out, but all line after that responded without issue. not sure if that helps at all.

so this morning i tried starting plex…and my stuff was there again.
