Suddenly my library is gone and I can't see/access my Server

Server Version#: 1.40.2.8395
Player Version#:
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
Out of the blue, my Plex Server on my Synology NAS was not accessible. I updated tp the latest version of the Server, 1.40.2.8396-6000. When I run the Web App I get a message about it being down for maintenance.

When following the troubleshooting steps, I am supposed to see a wrenc and screw driver icon for settings. I only see a wrench, and don’t have any options to see available media servers, nor to claim a server.

All of my media is exactly where it was a few days ago, thankfully!

What is a Plex Pass user supposed to do when none of the support options apply, and there aren’t any searchable solutions?

What did you update from?
– Asking because if you updated from anything below 1.40, that first startup time can take anywhere from 2 minutes to 4 hours. (BIG database upgrade)

Can you, using FileStation,

  1. navigate into `Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server
  2. Right click LogsCompress to Logs.zip
  3. Download the ZIP file
  4. Attach it here so I can see what’s happening.
