I have been using the PLEX app on my Xiaomi MiBox3 streamer for over a year now and I have been very satisfied. recently I had trouble with using subtitles - the app either didn’t recognize the subtitles file or she did but they were not displayed on the movie even when activated. In order to solve this problem I thought I should uninstall the PLEX app and then reinstall it. now that I have done that there is a new problem- I am unable to link the app to my account. I go to the URL as instructed (plex.tv/link) and insert the code- but I get a response of “Code not found or expired”. I tried this several times, with different codes, and the result is the same.
please help! I don’t know what I would do without this wonderful app!
