First, ensure you’re running server 1.40.4.8598 or later:

Plex Media Server 1.40.4.8598 is now available to Plex Pass users in the Beta update channel.

NEW:

* (Metadata) Add support for additional TVDB episode orderings on TV Show preferences. Requires metadata refresh. (PM-1533)
* (Web) Updated to 4.132.2

Second, ensure you’ve refreshed metadata for the either the entire library, or for the entire show at least.
