Looks like this mostly* fixes the HomePod pause/unpause delay too 
*still a tiny delay when unpausing but this is miles better than it was!

Fun thing is that Infuse app supports it.
Now that it supports direct mode for Plex it completely replaced the Plex apps on Apple devices for me.

I just wish the home screen was more customizable when operating in direct mode
With direct mode on Apple TV how the heck do you get to your libraries? Recently Added stuff shows up but I can’t find a way to browse my entire movie collection.

Go to: Settings–>Shares–>[Your Plex Server]–>Add Favorites(s). Then long press the Movies folder or any other Plex Library and another screen will pop up for you to Add to Favorites. They will then show up on your Home Screen.

Please, Spatial Audio in Plex/PlexAmp when playing multi-channel E-AC3 or MP4/M4A files.
From what I’ve read, Infuse has Spatial Audio working and it makes no sense can’t Plex get this working. It’s kind of ridiculous Plex doesn’t have Spatial Audio working and if there is ever another Plex competitor that does implement Spatial Audio, I will switch asap.

It seems that the underlying player mpv that Plex uses now has added support for Spatial Audio, so its plausible that it now can be worked on by the Plex team.

Hi, is Spatial Audio for multi-channel video or music available in either Plex for AppleTV or Plex for iOS or Plexamp for iOS?
I periodically try and it doesn’t seem to work for Plex on AppleTV. I have not tried multi-channel support for Plex/Plexamp on iOS. Thank you
