do you have a link. I’ve been to the topic, but there is nothing about ArmV8…I’ve searched, tried filters…nothing comes up at all. It seems to be filtered out for me

I just chatted with the Admin. He corrected something with your forum account. Specifically, Although you are PlexPass, for some reason, the forum didn’t have you as PlexPass.

I’ve got the same problem of not being able to see the content behind the link, although I’m a lifetime Plex Pass user… Any ideas?
Are you able to navigate into the category?

You must have a PlexPass. If you just purchased a Plex Pass, Sign out of the forum and back in. The forum will update your subscription status
The alpha testing is PlexPass member only at this time.
I have a plex pass! But i only get:

Hi @ChuckPa. I’ve been reviewing every now and then this forum hoping to have a definitive or just beta solution for this (I’m not Plex Pass holder). I know you are working hard as you explain but is there any date to mark in my calendar to have a solution or workaround for this issue? (it’s taking too long ;D)
It’s kinda crazy to buy a new prety awesome device as Synology DS218 play and not be able to use Plex Server.
Hoping ‘someone’ delivers to you the ‘stuff’ you need. If I can do something about it (threaten someone for instance) just tell me hehehehe.

The software is available to Plex Pass holders now for testing & evaluation. We are alpha-testing it. It is alpha test because it is the first build of PMS for RealTek processors and was compiled manually. Beta is when the build system generates it.

It’s been two weeks so it’s time to make this more public.
I am pleased to announce:
Platform Alpha Testing for ARMv8 (RealTek) processors on Synology and QNAP is now open to the general public.
It will not be available in the QNAP or Synology package/app stores until it has been formally released.
All updated binaries will be in the two threads which have been created.
