I’m a developer and I get the role of the cloud in the overall operation of Plex, but if the User, Plex Client, Plex Server, and the content are all on the LOCAL network, an Internet service outage shouldn’t break the system. Is there something I’m missing with config somewhere or is this ‘as-designed’…and if so, why?
