Panic? In many/most cases “Plex support” is an oxymoron.
ask the question you cannot find an answer for… if you refer to one of your existing posts, please include a link which one in particular you’re talking about 
… and if that thread is housed on Super Secret, Elite, Non-Public Forums - you may have just priced yourself right out of an answer - when nobody that can answer can read the question…

I clicked on the link that has the number of channels.
I clicked on “SCAN”.
Nothing. It’s like the button doesn’t work. The button barely flickers color then nothing.
Any ideas what’s up? How do I troubleshoot this?

I can scan my USB Hauppauge tuner
Plex last update screwed everything up. Now it only recognize one of my tuners.
It’s not completely recording all programs and just some funky stuff here and there.
Hadn’t had much problems with it until now. Bad timing as I just started showing my wife how Plex works.
I’m willing to wait it out a bit and see if they fix it.
My wife is super stressed out and frustrated. She hates Plex now.
I was just getting ready to sell my Tablo but I got one month subscription for it to see how the wife likes it.
We want to get rid of cable but still hanging on to it because of these problems.
I can’t get Plex to play more than two songs in a row, and generally horrible playback on Android since update.
