Supported Hauppauge not recognized

Tuner setup stuck and spins at “We couldn’t find any hardware we recognize…” Firmware has been updated from Hauppauge Support | Running WinTV TV tuners and HD PVR 2 under Linux.

Tuner works fine on Kaffeine on the same system.

I have logs, not sure how to attach. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just figured it out. Apparently I had the Snap version of Plex Media Server, which doesn’t support Tuners.

Removed and installed the regular one, and tuner came right up. Thanks for your time. This can be close :slight_smile:
