Issues setting up Hauppauge WinTV soloHD

I have an issue to setup the mentioned tv tuner. It is detected as Hauppauge Cx23100 BDA DVBC Tuner. I can enter the country and zip code and then later go to next page where I have no clue what information should be provided. I tried to paste the link to the XMLTV file (below) but I get an error (attached screenshot). I read on Plex website that sometime WinTV app should be removed and just leave the drivers. It did not help.

Do you have any suggestions?

I recently setup the DualHD and it was setup in minutes, so I am not entirely sure what has gone wrong for you here.

Have you successfully been able to use your tuner with the WinTV software?

If the DVR is working with the WinTV software, please ensure debug logging is enabled on the server and get the server logs zip after attempt to setup the DVR - also fresh screenshot and showing the time of the error
