What you describe implies the server hasn’t finished (or ever started) to analyze those tracks.
Did you have it on those particular songs in that particular library?

Deep analysis might only happen during the server’s maintenance window as part of its scheduled tasks.
You can double-check e.g. by looking at ⋮ > Get Info → View XML and checking for tags like musicAnalysisVersion, deepAnalysisVersion or specifically the startRamp and endRamp data which is stored for use of those sweet fades.
